Description
We are looking for a talented Front-End Web Developer, aligned to our Kuala Lumpur office on a hybrid workstyle , to support the delivery and ongoing development of K3's web estate in support of the SEO & Performance function at K3 Advisory Group in the UK.
You will work closely with the UX Designer, Technical SEO Manager, CRO Specialist and Full Stack / Back-End Developer to translate designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, high-performing front-end experiences.
This role is focused on the presentation layer - building and maintaining templates, components and landing pages - with a strong understanding of SEO technical requirements, performance standards and conversion best practice.
Tools in use: Monday, Figma, HTML5, JS, CSS3, React, Next.js, browser dev tools, accessibility testing tools, CDN (asset delivery).

• Design fidelity, accessibility compliance and front-end performance across the web estate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Management
• Front-end development release schedule & QA delivery.
• Site performance (Core Web Vitals) and SEO/CRO roadmap delivery.
Functional Responsibilities
• Development & delivery: front-end templates, landing pages, reusable components, CMS front-end build, front-end integration of back-end/API data.
• Delivery of new website features, landing pages, microsites and conversion journeys set out by technical SEO, performance, CRO and UX teams.
• CMS support - template management, publishing support, front-end workflow improvements.
• AI-driven CMS platforms & tooling - use of AI-enabled CMS features and front-end development tooling to enable high-speed, high-performance delivery and optimisation.
• Front-end tracking - tracking script implementation, conversion event tagging, pixel deployment, consent management UI.
• Website performance - page speed, asset loading, JS efficiency, image/asset optimisation, mobile performance, caching.
• Technical SEO enablement - on-page structured data markup, canonical tag implementation, internal linking within templates, sitemap and robots.txt front-end considerations.
• UX & design collaboration - design implementation, responsive development, accessibility compliance (WCAG), QA testing, cross-browser compatibility, delivering pixel-perfect implementation, responsive layouts and accessible experiences.
• Collaboration with back-end/full-stack developers on API contracts, form integrations and data validation touchpoints.
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
• Core Web Vitals, page speed and accessibility compliance scores.
• Design QA pass rate and pixel-perfect delivery against UX specifications.
• Bi-weekly release schedule adherence.
• Site health / ranking contribution from front-end technical SEO implementation.
