Front Desk - Night Shift (f/m/d) Urban House Copenhagen by MEININGER Part-time MEININGER Hotels. Redefining hybrid hospitality. Where the comforts of a hotel meet the special facilities of a hostel. We run more than 35 hotels in Europe's best cities—and counting! Calling all lovely night owls! Are you an avid host who will brighten the nights of our guests? The Urban House Copenhagen by MEININGER is looking for a Night Receptionist. YOUR TASKS • You are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay • You   are in charge of   the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-out • Besides for our guests,   you’re   also the first point of contact for all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians • You respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local   attractions   and activities • You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one • You’re   flexible and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the job • Last but not least ;   you’re   a great colleague, not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and then YOUR PROFILE • You   possess   initial experience and are passionate about hospitality • You   possess   an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks • You are a people person, you like helping others and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests • You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together • You have good knowledge of a front office system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT) • You are fluent in English, any other language is an advantage WHAT MEININGER OFFERS • Competitive salary • 25 holidays + 5 bonus days (1 for each year you stay with us) + 9 bank holidays • Regular get-togethers,   celebrations   and occasional parties (winter and summer team events) • Quarterly evaluation rounds to make sure   you’re   still happy • Possibility to join M-goal projects to develop personal and professional skills • Staff nights and "Friends & Family" discount • Travel expenses • The occasional opportunity to travel to support new openings or exchange programs • Open Up : Access 1:1   sessions   with certified psychologists for MEININGER employees APPLICATION We are enthusiastic hosts as diverse as our guests.
