This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who recently completed their degree in English Language or a related field and are eager to start their professional journey in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and compilation of bid documents and proposals, ensuring they align with client requirements. Support the Bids team by conducting research on project specifications and understanding client needs. Help draft and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, coherence, and persuasiveness. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for bid submissions. Maintain organized records of proposals and ensure all documents are completed on time. Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for upcoming bids and gather insights from senior specialists. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in bid management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in English Language . Recent graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience in bidding, proposal writing, or related roles are encouraged to apply. Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about the bidding and proposal process. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A passion for developing a career in project bidding and proposal management.
