Key Responsibilities • Deliver personalized voice coaching sessions focused on French pronunciation, diction, and fluency for diverse learners. • Design and implement tailored exercises to strengthen clients'' verbal and written communication skills. • Assess individual needs and track progress, adapting methods to achieve optimal results. • Provide actionable, confidence-building feedback to learners. • Collaborate with the customer team to develop coaching materials and resources. • Keep up to date with best practices in voice coaching and French language instruction. • Maintain detailed records of coaching sessions and learners'' progress. Qualifications • Native or near-native proficiency in French, with a deep understanding of French phonetics and culture. • Proven experience in voice coaching, speech therapy, language instruction, or a related field. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on clarity and empathy. • Ability to motivate and inspire learners to reach their potential. • Strong organizational and time management skills for remote work. • Comfortable using digital tools for virtual coaching and resource sharing. • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth. Preferred Qualifications • Certification in speech coaching, linguistics, or language education. • Experience working with multicultural and international teams. • Background in curriculum development or educational content creation.
