Document user interactions and solutions in our CRM system to ensure continuous service quality. Collaborate with other teams to identify common challenges users face and recommend improvements to enhance the platform experience. Stay updated on platform developments and new features to provide timely and accurate support. Perform follow-ups with users to ensure that their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the assistance received.
