Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system for tracking and report generation. Collaborate with other departments to share insights and feedback from customers to improve service delivery. Stay updated on marketplace developments, promotional offers, and product information to provide timely assistance to customers. Contribute to team meetings and training sessions, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
