Responsibilities French speaking Client Relationship Executive Location: Poole – Office-based Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum Ref: 5522F Main duties: To develop and maintain relationships with French customers through effective telephone and email communication, supporting business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role: – Manage and grow a portfolio of French customers. – Respond to customer queries and sales opportunities via email and phone. – Identify and develop new opportunities within existing and potential customers. – Promote the company’s products and solutions with a consultative approach. – Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and technical support. – Achieve sales, profitability, and service targets while maintaining accurate data within the CRM system. – Build long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Candidate's Profile – Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken) – Previous experience in sales or account management, ideally within a B2B or call centre environment – Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first approach – Good organisation, analytical, and IT skills (including CRM experience)
