🎯 The Role
Medify is recruiting multiple motivated and detail-oriented graduates with strong maths skills and excellent written communication to write multiple-choice questions for the Quantitative Reasoning section of the University Clinical Aptitude Test (UCAT) on a flexible freelance basis.
No prior experience with the UCAT, medicine, or medical education is required. Full training will be provided.
🧮 Key Responsibilities
• Devise sets of multiple-choice questions for the UCAT Quantitative Reasoning section, requiring rapid and accurate mathematical problem-solving using data
• Create an original table, chart, or graph as the stimulus for each question set
• Write clear, detailed explanations that walk students through the required calculations and reasoning, actively supporting learning
• Follow Medify’s content and style guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
👩🎓 About You
• A graduate in maths, economics, business, or another numerate discipline
• Able to write clearly and effectively in English, with a demonstrable interest in creative, journalistic, or blog-style writing (paid experience not required)
• Strong ability to articulate thought processes step by step
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Eligible to work in the country where you currently reside

💷 Pay, Hours & Location
• Pay: From £25 per hour
• Hours: Minimum availability of 8–10 hours per month
• Initial assignments will be small, with scope to increase based on performance and availability
• Location: Fully remote (computer and reliable internet access required)
Successful candidates will complete a task, attend an online interview, receive training, and be commissioned for their first assignment.
