PRIORITY Quality Consultants is expanding its network of Senior Freelance Evaluation Experts to support proposals and implementation of projects for the European Commission, EU Agencies, International Organisations and Public Authorities . We are looking for professionals with 8+ years of relevant experience in evaluation, policy analysis, impact assessment, monitoring or applied research.
