About the Role
A national firm is seeking a Franchise Attorney to support clients in expanding their businesses through franchising. This role focuses on franchisor-side representation , regulatory compliance, and business structuring.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft and update Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs)
• Advise clients on federal and state franchise laws
• Assist businesses in converting to franchise models

Requirements
