Your ability to identify and build strong relationships with elite sales talent across the U.S. will be instrumental in our ability to scale.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, role design, and recruiting best practices.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for Sales roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout.
• Design and execute scalable, role-specific recruitment plans and process improvements tailored to the needs of a fast-growing Sales organization.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting goals and evolving priorities, adapting quickly while maintaining focus on long-term talent acquisition outcomes.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build strong, sustainable talent pipelines that support a rapidly scaling organization.
• Identify and engage top sales talent through targeted networking, employee referrals, industry associations, and strategic sourcing efforts.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with high-performing candidates across the U.S., positioning ParetoHealth as an employer of choice for top-tier sales professionals.
• Champion and promote ParetoHealth's employer brand in the marketplace to attract high-performing, mission-aligned candidates.
• Utilize data and analytics to evaluate recruiting performance, identify areas for improvement, and report key hiring metrics.
• Collaborate on cross-functional Talent and People initiatives, contributing to projects such as DE&I efforts, process optimization, and talent planning.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred; an additional 4 years of professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a senior, lead, or strategic business partner capacity.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting sales teams within a high-growth or performance-driven environment.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-change environments and managing shifting priorities with resilience and a strategic mindset.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, HR fundamentals, and how recruiting intersects with broader People strategy.
• Proven track record of building and executing successful recruiting strategies and delivering results in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make process improvements based on insights.
• Proficient with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse (ATS), BrightHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
