Qualifications • Bachelor's degree preferred; an additional 4 years of professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 2 years in a senior, lead, or strategic business partner capacity. • Demonstrated success in recruiting sales teams within a high-growth or performance-driven environment. • Experience working in fast-paced, high-change environments and managing shifting priorities with resilience and a strategic mindset. • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR fundamentals, and how recruiting intersects with broader People strategy. • Proven track record of building and executing successful recruiting strategies and delivering results in a fast-paced setting. • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make process improvements based on insights. • Proficient with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse (ATS), BrightHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
