Frac Lead Operator III (LOP3) $2,000 Signing Bonus! Status Classification Full-Time Non-Exempt Department Reports to Frac Frac Supervisor Overview Manage hydration unit operations, ensuring proper rig-in/rig-out processes, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining safety and efficiency. Oversee suction valving and tank levels, emphasizing preventive maintenance and adherence to procedures. Duties & Responsibilities ·            Hydration Operations: Direct and oversee the rig-in/rig-out of hydration units, ensuring safe and compliant rigging of suction and discharge hoses. ·            Suction Management: Manage the suction side of hydration, ensuring water transfer meets demand and communicate promptly with the Data Van about any water supply issues. ·            Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any issues that may impact job quality on the spot. ·            Preventative Maintenance: Ensure all preventive maintenance tasks are completed as required. Requirements ·            Licenses: Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements ·            Driving Record: Satisfactory driving record ·            Experience: Proven ability to perform tasks from lower job classifications ·            Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of truck and equipment safety and maintenance ·            Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills ·            Work Ethic: High personal integrity, strong work ethic, and composure under stress ·            Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a diverse environment Required Certifications (Company will provide) ·            PEC/Safeland ·            H2S ·            First Aid/CPR ·            Fall Protection ·            Hours of Service ·            Radiation Awareness ·            HazMat/HazCom ·            Forklift Operation ·            Fire Extinguisher training ·            Fire and Explosion Hazard training ·            Various company specific orientations ·            Required PPE (i.e., coveralls, steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.) Physical Requirements ·            Mobility: Prolonged standing and walking; ability to lift and move over 50 pounds ·            Flexibility: Ability to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed ·            Availability: Capable of working overtime, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings Work Environment ·            Rotation Schedule: Varie (e.g., 14/7) ·            Conditions: Outdoor work in all weather conditions, exposure to noise, contaminants, dust, etc. ·            Hazards: Awareness of additional trade-related hazards Travel Requirements ·            Travel: Regular travel to off-site locations required
