FP&A Reporting and Automation Analyst
Overview / Description
This role supports Finance teams in delivering reporting and maintaining core financial processes, with a focus on data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and automation .
The analyst is responsible for preparing reports, supporting reporting processes, and helping automate and improve data flows and tools.
The role combines financial analysis, reporting, and automation support , ensuring smooth execution of key finance processes (including RISK / forecasting cycles).
Responsibilities
• Support reporting processes (e.g. RISK / Forecast), including execution and monitoring
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of recurring reports (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly)
• Perform revenue and variance analysis
• Support identification of process gaps and opportunities for automation
• Assist in development and enhancement of reporting tools and data flows
• Support automation initiatives (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, SQL-based solutions)
• Support troubleshooting of data, system, and reporting issues
• Maintain and update process documentation; support knowledge sharing and backup readiness
• Support month-end data validation and ensure data quality
• Assist in gathering business and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders with guidance from manager/senior team members
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reports

• Basic understanding of data flows and system dependencies
Requirements
• Degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• Experience in FP&A / reporting / finance operations
• Fluent English (C1)
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
