직무 개요 This role is responsible for leading consolidation, management reporting, forecasting, and planning processes for the Asia region. The position ensures timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting to regional and corporate leadership while driving standardization, governance, and continuous improvement across FP&A processes. 책임 및 자격 [Responsibilities] • Lead monthly consolidation of regional financial results, ensure accuracy and completeness of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and KPI Reporting, and coordinate submission to Corporate FP&A • Overall management of reporting & performance analysis • Coordinate and consolidate monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic plans, support scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis • Maintain consolidation and reporting structures in planning systems, support planning tool administration and data validation, and ensure master data integrity • Collaborate with Plant Controllers, Commercial Finance, Operations, Treasury, and Corporate FP&A to provide insights and support decision-making • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, implement automation and dashboard solutions, reduce manual reporting, and support finance transformation initiatives. [Qualification] • 10+years of Finance FP&A experience • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for senior leadership reporting • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, stakeholders, and priorities • Preferred experience with Oracle, SAP, OneStream, Macro Planner, Power BI, and/or similar planning and reporting systems. • Good understanding of the aluminum business • Regional FP&A leadership experience is preferred 위치 프로필 노벨리스는 대한민국 서울에 아시아 지역 본사를 두고 현지 영업 재무 IT 인사 금속 및 비금속 조달 법률 및 공급망 팀을 지원하고 있습니다.
