About Eucalyptus
We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care.
Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness.
Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
Our Growth Story:
130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn - culminating in our $1.15bn acquisition by Hims & Hers in 2026, giving us the platform to take long-term care global
Supported over 350k patients living with obesity across our 5 markets
Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS
Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada.
About the Role
This is a 9-month fixed-term contract sitting at the intersection of Corporate FP&A and strategic finance. You own the consolidated financial picture across the portfolio - forecasting, reporting, and capital allocation - while acting as the connective layer between corporate finance and the brand FBPs embedded in the business. You'll also play a key role integrating Eucalyptus into our parent company's finance function. You'll manage one analyst and report to the CFO. What you'll own: Corporate FP&A - Consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting across the portfolio - Monthly close reporting to ELT and board - P&L vs budget, KPI packs, variance commentary - Annual budget process and rolling reforecasts - Capital allocation modelling - scenario analysis to support investment decisions across brands - Finance rhythm: own the cadence of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles - Act as the primary connection between corporate FP&A and the brand FBPs across the portfolio - Consolidate brand-level inputs into a coherent group view - reconciling assumptions, challenging outliers, and ensuring consistency in definitions across brands - Support FBPs with modelling frameworks, templates, and analytical infrastructure so they can partner their GMs more effectively - Synthesise brand-level commercial performance into group-level narratives for ELT and board audiences Parent company integration - Work directly with the HIM finance team as Eucalyptus integrates into their group finance function - Align Eucalyptus reporting, forecasting, and planning processes to HIM requirements and timelines - Serve as the primary finance contact for integration workstreams - bridging between Eucalyptus's ways of working and group standards Team and process - Manage and develop one FP&A analyst - Improve the quality and efficiency of financial reporting infrastructure (Sigma, BigQuery, spreadsheet models) - Drive consistency in how financial performance is defined and communicated across the business
