FP&A Manager
Salary: $130,000–$150,000 + Bonus
A global, multibillion-dollar manufacturing company is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join its growing finance team. Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager:
• Prepare and deliver management reporting, forecasting, and corporate expense planning
• Manage corporate allocation processes and provide financial support across functions
• Partner with business units and leadership to provide insights on performance, strategy, and planning
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L results, including variance and risk/opportunity analysis
• Assist with preparation and presentation of financial materials to executive leadership
• Ensure alignment between operational strategies and financial forecasts
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting, analytics, and decision-making
• Support close processes through variance analysis and consolidated reporting
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, including inventory and production analysis projects
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed
Qualifications for the FP&A Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong experience with SG&A analysis
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required
