This role would therefore be a 12 month contract. Position overview We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented FP&A Graduate to join our growing Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, directly contributing to our strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic foundation in a relevant field, a keen interest in data and the crypto space, and a proactive attitude towards learning and development in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Help prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including variance analysis and performance summaries. Assist in the analysis of financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify initial trends and provide supporting insights for business decisions, under guidance. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets, learning the underlying processes. Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasting tools, learning best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, focusing on accuracy and understanding data sources. Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders, gaining exposure to executive communication. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required, developing your analytical skills. Support the preparation of business cases for new initiatives and investments, learning the financial evaluation process. Assist with aspects of the month-end and year-end closing processes, gaining insight into accounting cycles. Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and procedures by identifying areas for learning and suggesting improvements.
