Director of FP&A – Timeshare
Compensation: $170,000 – $180,000 + 20% Bonus + Equity
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)

Core Responsibilities
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting cycles, and long-term financial planning
• Build and maintain financial models to support business strategy and decision-making
• Partner with operational leaders to provide insights on performance and profitability
• Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and key performance metrics
• Analyze revenue, cost structures, and overall business performance drivers
• Drive improvements to FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities
• Support strategic initiatives, including M&A and investment analysis
• Lead and develop FP&A team members
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial plans with business objectives
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
• Prior leadership experience required
• Background in timeshare or vacation ownership industry required
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting expertise
• Experience working in large, multi-entity environments
• Strong ability to partner with and influence senior leadership
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
