We empower our teams to  think like owners  driving customer satisfaction, helping them grow their business and win in their markets.         We are looking for a   Manager of  FP& A   Co mmercial  Finance ,   to  innovate, win, and grow with us .          Preference for this person to work hybrid if possible ( India - Bangalore )       Position Summary:     In this role you will be part of a team which provides support to the  Vice President of FP&A  supporting  the  Commercial Finance Organization, reaching across the CRO, CCO, and CPO functions . The successful individual will forge strong working relationships with the leadership team and advance the analytic capabilities of the  Commercial  FP&A group.    You’ll be joining a smart, creative, and fast-moving FP&A team, and positioning yourself to have an impact from day one!     How you’ll contribute:     Develop, maintain, and continuously refine the company’s ARR reporting framework to support   commercial performance visibility and decision ‑ making   Analyze trends, drivers, and risks affecting revenue performance and proactively highlight insights   Drive f inancial reporting for  the Commercial FP&A group   aimed at the  C-Suite  and Board of Director s   Coordinate with  the  Operations functions,  Corporate FP&A, Accounting, and Commercial Finance teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly  reporting   Support month ‑ end close activities related to revenue, and  other  performance metrics   Partner with  Operations and  Commercial Finance leaders hip  to translate financial results into clear business narratives   Support the consolidation of commercial forecasts ,  annual operating plans , rolling long range plans, and annual strategic pla nning   Enhance automation, data quality, and reporting efficiency within existing financial systems and BI tools   Document standard processes and create reporting best practices       What will make you successful:     Proven track record of working with teams to  accelerate  change designed to drive efficiency and growth     6 + years of relevant progressive experience, software  and/or payments  industry  & PE  b acked  experience  preferred   Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting   A strong communicator with analytical skills and the ability to describe complex material   Someone who values exceptional attention to detail and accuracy   Strong experience with financial consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis
