We have built the largest white collar talent database in India and have built tools to run outbound recruiting campaigns to them.What Youll Actually DoRun the operational engine of the business—hiring delivery, process, team performance. Own the numbers and report them honestly, including the ugly ones.Build and lead a team, and know each function well enough to call BS. Find the bottlenecks before they become fires.Build systems and automation instead of throwing people at problems.Who You AreYouve operated at a startup before—ideally youve founded or run something where the buck stopped with you.Youre comfortable making judgment calls without a playbook.You dont need hand-holding and you dont wait for permission.Youre technical enough to build your own tooling, or at least spec it properly.You communicate directly—no padding, no spin.If you need a fully-defined role with clear boundaries, this isnt it. The role is what you make it.Nice to haveComfort with tools like Airtable, Make, Slack APIs, light scripting. A bias toward automating yourself out of repetitive work.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
