ABOUT THE ROLE As a member of the Founder’s Office, you will work directly with the CEO on our highest priority opportunities and challenges. You will help drive initiatives that are critical to the company’s growth and long-term success, spanning areas such as new products, new specialties, strategic partnerships, recruiting, operations, and company-building. This role is designed for people who want broad exposure to how a high-growth company is built and scaled. You will develop context across every major function of the business, move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and take ownership of important problems from initial exploration through implementation and results. This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Forus' success.
