Description
ABOUT NEVIS Nevis is building the world's leading AI platform for wealth management. Our AI completes work, automates workflows end to end, and frees financial advisors to spend more time with clients. In the future, every wealth management firm will run on Nevis. Founded by an exceptional team of ex-Revolut executives, Nevis has raised $40 million from Sequoia Capital, ICONIQ, and Ribbit Capital. We work exclusively with the largest and fastest-growing wealth management firms in the United States. THE ROLE Founder's Associates work directly with the CEO and founders of Nevis on the most strategic initiatives in the business. You will be part of a small, elite team operating out of the CEO Office, embedded at the highest level of the company, with direct visibility into every major decision Nevis makes. We are looking for exceptional people who have consistently delivered in high-stakes environments and want to do the most impactful work of their career. You have real demonstrated performance behind you, whether as a founder, operator, or top-tier professional. If you are motivated by the chance to shape one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world and have a track record that proves you can, we want to talk to you. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Work directly with the CEO and founders on the most strategic customer and commercial initiatives across the business. - Own enterprise deployments end-to-end at the largest wealth management firms in the US, from initial engagement through to full AI rollout and expansion. - Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for C-suite and senior leadership at firms managing $50B to $500B+ in AUM. - Build board-ready presentations and rigorous business cases that identify the largest AI opportunities within a firm, and drive those initiatives internally from alignment through to live deployment. - Lead and coordinate across engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure complex, high-visibility deployments are executed with precision and speed. - Immerse yourself in customer data and workflows to define where Nevis AI agents will deliver the highest leverage, and partner with engineers to make it happen. - Communicate with clarity and authority across all levels of the organization, from analyst teams to managing partners and boards of directors. - Feed what you learn in the field directly into the Nevis product roadmap, shaping how the platform evolves for every future customer. WHO YOU ARE Performance is everything here. We are looking for people who have been at the top of every environment they have entered. - 3 to 8 years at a top-tier firm in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth technology startup. You have operated at the highest level in your field and have the track record to prove it. - Degree in a STEM or related field from a top-tier university. Academic excellence is expected. - A killer operator. You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, take extreme ownership, and get things done without being told twice. - An outstanding communicator. You write and speak with precision and authority. You can command the room in a C-suite presentation and earn trust with a technical engineering team in the same day. - Able to translate complex and highly technical concepts, including the latest AI developments, to both technical and non-technical audiences without losing either room. - Strong bias for action. You do not wait for perfect information. You move fast, course-correct quickly, and always keep momentum. - A natural influencer. You build relationships and drive alignment across functions and levels, without relying on authority to do it. - Based in or willing to relocate to New York City. Comfortable with regular travel to client sites across the United States. - Authorized to work in the United States. NICE TO HAVE - Familiarity with the US wealth management landscape
