May work in various departments, such Inbound, Replenishment, Outbound, and Maintenance. What You Will Do Perform daily forklift maintenance safety inspection Follow forklift safety protocols Operate forklifts, balers, scrubbers, and pallet trucks Transport products from one location to another Sort and organize products Operate an RF gun/PDA device Keep record of inventory, reconcile any discrepancies, and consolidate products Move items and carts from one location to another Promptly communicate any issues or damages to the Problem Solver Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the department May participate in training new drivers (Maintenance only) Remove trash, spills, and dropped/broken items Conduct routine inspections of the site and various equipment Handle basic repairs and oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary Basic Qualifications Effective communication  Able to reach and write  Basic math  Computer Literacy  Able to work independently or as part of a team  Learning Aptitude  Detail-oriented  Able to work in a fast-paced environment around machinery   Work environment Fast-paced Medium to loud noise levels High and low warehouse seasonal temperatures Minimal exposure to dust Steel-toed shoes/boots required Physical demands Must be able to remain in stationary position (sit and stand) for 10+ hours Must be able to move and walk for 10+ hours Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to push/pull up to 50 lbs of exerted force Preferred education and experience High School diploma or GED Forklift experience   Additional eligibility qualifications PIT Certifications Forklift operator certification Walkie Rider Certification  Scrubber Certification Baler Certification Other duties * Disclaimer: This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.
