To Apply for this Job Click Here Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Central London 📍 Location: Central London & West End 💷 Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + Overtime 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Are you a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Engineer looking to join a leading Facilities Management company? We’re hiring for a Foot Mobile Engineer to support a portfolio of high-end commercial offices in Central London and the West End. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected building services provider, offering long-term career development, excellent benefits, and the chance to work in some of the most prestigious buildings in the capital. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: • Carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems • Perform Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm testing • Maintain HVAC systems and associated plant room equipment • Service and repair pumps, motors, and related components • Keep accurate service records using a PDA system • Liaise with subcontractors for specialised tasks • Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety and site regulations • Conduct inspections and pre-empt potential issues ✅ What We’re Looking For: • City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent) • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations • Proven experience in commercial building maintenance • Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach 💼 What You’ll Receive: • Competitive salary between £45,000 – £50,000 • Plenty of overtime available • 25 days annual leave • Paid travel card • Company pension • Full uniform and PPE provided • Ongoing training and clear progression path • Friendly and supportive team culture Alfie Woonton To Apply for this Job Click Here
