£38,000 | Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm | No Call Out A leading Facilities Management company is looking for a Foot Mobile Engineer to join their team, covering a small portfolio of healthcare sites across West London. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys a varied role without the requirement of being on call. All tools are provided on site, with travel costs paid between locations. Key Duties: • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), reactive repairs and fault finding across the sites. • Complete minor plumbing repairs including taps, toilets, pipework and water systems. • Replace lighting, emergency lighting, sockets and switches. • Undertake basic electrical maintenance and repairs. • Support the general upkeep and safe operation of building services. • Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and compliance procedures. What We're Looking For: • Experience working within commercial building maintenance or facilities management. • Ideally electrically biased, although candidates with a strong multi-skilled background are encouraged to apply. • Previous healthcare or NHS experience would be advantageous but is not essential. • A proactive attitude with excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
