The Place - We are a fast growing, world class, and dynamic, multi-billion Nigerian conglomerates, established and managed by a team of professionals with decades of management consulting and accounting experience/ training from Arthur Andersen (now KPMG in Nigeria). We are a profitable player in the QSR sector of the Hospitality industry in Nigeria with great prospects and staff strength of over 1000 employees. Currently, our operations span across 17 locations in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria, with rapid expansion plans to penetrate more locations in the short to medium term. Food Development Analyst is responsible for assisting and occasionally leading, multifunctional teams in the analysis, design, development, and releasing of new products or product enhancements. The Place Restaurant is actively looking to improve product usability and quality through better user interaction design and quality assurance. We are looking for talented BSc Holder, preferably female who loves food, very smart & with good attention to details. Responsibilities would include: Research, Process Documentation & Improvement, Product Development, Market research & surveys, Problem Solving, Restaurant visits & product monitoring. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a food science related area • Minimum of Second Class (Upper Division) • Familiarity with Microsoft software development tools. • Must be residing in Lagos.
