Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel Food and Beverage Supervisor The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel is a 4‑star hotel and conference centre with 168 bedrooms and 15 conference spaces. We are Scotland’s leading residential conference venue and proud members of both Venues of Excellence and the International Association of Conference Centres. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our established Food and Beverage team. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in delivering consistently high standards of customer service across all areas of the department, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: • Supervising the delivery of food and beverage service across all outlets • Supporting the training and development of Food and Beverage team members • Assisting with stock control and stock management • Cash handling and ensuring accurate financial procedures are followed About You: Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or similar hospitality environment would be advantageous. You will be confident, organised, and able to motivate a team while maintaining high service standards in a fast‑paced setting. Working Pattern: This role involves variable shift patterns across 7 days, including early starts from 06:30am, to meet business needs.
