We have a fantastic vacancy for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist the F& B Manager in the smooth operation of the hotel's restaurants and food & beverage outlets.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience at all times.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, health, and safety throughout all areas.
* Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any faults promptly.
* Ensure all outlets open and close on time and are fully prepared to welcome guests and customers.
* Support the induction and training of new team members, including providing shadowing and on- the- job guidance.
* Follow all till and cash- handling procedures and ensure compliance by all staff members.
* Monitor stock rotation and storage procedures, ensuring stock is held correctly and any wastage is accurately recorded.
* Attend and actively participate in relevant staff meetings and briefings.
* Ensure all food and beverage orders and requests are billed accurately.
* Ensure departmental maintenance and cleaning schedules are followed, with all areas maintained to a high standard.
* Adhere to all company policies and legal requirements relating to health and safety.
* Carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by the F& B Manager or other members of the management team.
Requisitos
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality, food & beverage, or events industry.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Good understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality and events operations.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
* Customer- focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service standards.
* A proactive and positive approach to teamwork and problem- solving.
