In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire for the season 2027 an experienced and visionary Food and Beverage Manager . Position Summary Our new F&B Manager will be the ambassador of our F&B Service Excellence Culture at our fully renovated resort in Corfu, Ella Alkyna. The F&B Manager will be responsible for supervising and developing the F&B Team, and providing high quality services and memorable experiences to our guests. The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all food and beverage operations within the establishment. This role includes supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, optimizing profitability, and ensuring a positive guest experience. She/he provides and guides the F&B team towards hospitable prompt, courteous and correct service in order to maximize guest satisfaction, outlet revenue and profit, whilst training and assisting the team with the implementation of operational standards as well as rules and guidelines. Exercises strong leadership and coordinates with other departments to maintain our standards of quality, service and facilities in areas he/she has responsibility and authority. Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities Leadership Development Developing and leading a highly qualified F&B team Develops and manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Food and Beverage outlets Regularly inspecting work being performed and ensure that standards are being met and maintained Providing service coordinators with on-the-job training to maintain consistency in service standards Evaluating and appraising the team on a regular basis as per Group policies and filing the respective reports Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing training, guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed Provides guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance Listening and guiding as well as demonstrating care with associate well-being in order to maintain a healthy working environment within the outlets, the Hotel and the Company Attending training and meetings when required Department Operation Manages day-to-day operations, drives quality, and verifies standards are meeting the expectations of the guests daily Managing all Food and Beverage outlet operations Conducting team building and weekly meetings with the F&B Teams and with the Culinary Operations Allocating work schedules for associates to ensure equal distribution of workloads Deciding on staff levels and workforce planning Ensuring operational compliance, based on brand standards Developing menus with other members of Food and Beverage team Streamlining food and beverage operations to reduce waste and improve efficiency Monitoring and optimizing inventory management and control systems Support quality improvement process throughout the Hotel’s outlets Ensuring that the stations and restaurants are organized in terms of cleanliness and equipment Reporting all maintenance problems Being responsible for maintaining a perpetual inventory of supplies, requisi
