FLT Counterbalance Driver Golborne, Warrington £13.49 per hour + Overtime paid at £20.24 per hour after 40 hours | 4 on, 4 off Days & Nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am) Weekly Pay | Immediate Starts Available Meridian Business Support is recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a leading manufacturing operation based in Golborne, Warrington. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity offering a structured shift pattern, regular overtime and weekly pay. With excellent motorway access from the M6, this role is ideal for experienced forklift truck operators seeking long-term work within a fast-paced production environment. As an FLT Counterbalance Driver , you will be responsible for supporting the efficient movement and control of raw materials across the site to ensure production requirements are met. Key duties include: • Loading and unloading materials using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck • Delivering raw materials to production areas in line with operational requirements • Supporting stock movement throughout the manufacturing facility • Maintaining high housekeeping standards within warehouse and production areas • Following site health and safety procedures at all times • Working closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when required To be successful in this FLT Counterbalance Driver role, you will need: • A minimum of 2 years' experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck • A valid Counterbalance FLT licence • Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, logistics or warehouse environment • A good understanding of health and safety practices • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience as a Forklift Truck Driver, FLT Operator, Materials Handler, Warehouse Operative or Logistics Operative.
