About This Role
About Us is dedicated to providing a supportive and engaging environment for young learners. At VIP Child Development Center, we offer a play-based environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, as well as an elementary school program. Our mission is to support the growth and development of children in a safe and loving setting. We're seeking a flexible and caring Childcare Floater to join our team and support classrooms as needed.

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in classrooms with children aged 0–5, including infants, waddlers, toddlers, and preschoolers, and support daily routines.
• Help implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities, and maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff, and step into classrooms on short notice to adapt to different teaching styles and needs.
• Support daily routines such as meals, diapering/toileting, naptime, and play.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children on the floor.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude are a must.
• Previous experience in early childhood education or childcare preferred.
• Ability to work with children from infants to preschoolers.
• Bi-Lingual Preferred
