Key Responsibilities • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and prepare the aircraft cabin. • Welcome passengers, assist with seating, and provide safety demonstrations. • Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and company policies. • Serve food, beverages, and provide onboard customer support. • Monitor passenger well-being and manage special requests or concerns. • Handle emergency situations, administer first aid if required, and coordinate with the flight crew. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin. 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage challenging situations. • Teamwork, adaptability, and cultural awareness. • Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods. • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage). • High school diploma or equivalent; airline training certification preferred. 🔹 Work Environment • Flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and international travel. • Fast-paced environment requiring professionalism and attention to safety. Qualifications (No Experience Required) • High school diploma or equivalent. • No previous flight attendant experience required; training will be provided by the airline. • Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation are essential. • Height and weight proportionate, with the ability to meet airline grooming standards. • Excellent communication and customer service attitude. • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and remain calm under pressure. • Good physical health and ability to stand, walk, and assist passengers during long flights. • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus. • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible schedules.
