Wilco is a leader in delivering complex projects to its clients. As we continue with our growth strategy, we are seeking a Fleet Service Administrator to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will lead the fleet management and administration process through collaboration with our mechanics & maintenance teams. To be successful in this role, you must be enthusiastic with a great customer focused attitude. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, paired with solid time management, planning and prioritization skills, with an ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and priorities. This position is based out of our Head Office located at 14420- 154 Avenue NW, Edmonton AB. Key Duties & Responsibilities Tracking of equipment repairs and ongoing communication with mechanic team to ensure servicing of equipment is completed on-schedule and on-scope, assisting with maintaining proper accountability of shop productivity. Work with Service Manager to prioritize and review repair orders. Work with others for scheduling and with consideration for operational demands. Assist in all technical aspects of repair process including arranging 3rd party work. Administrative duties, work order management. Supporting sourcing and purchasing of parts/equipment based on operations requirements. Proprietary software trainer (Nektar) for employees as well as clients. Manage, build on, and maintain positive and professional supplier and staff relationships. Participation in other projects and activities as necessary to the position as assigned.
