Description
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Fleet & Heavy Equipment Electrician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing critical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on heavy equipment and trucks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults to minimise downtime and ensure reliability.
• Inspect and test systems to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
• Respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs efficiently to maintain operations.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all safety procedures, supporting team coordination where needed.
Requirements
• Certification in Automotive Electrical Systems Certification, Diesel Engine Electrical and Electronic Systems Training or
a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working with heavy-duty or mobile equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically capable of performing demanding tasks.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
