We are currently looking for Fleet & Financial Service Manager of East EU , the details Job responsibilities as below: 👤 Who You Are: The Fleet & Financial Service Manager of East EU is responsible for leading the fleet (B2B) and automotive financial leasing business across East European markets. The role drives volume growth, profitability, and asset quality through competitive fleet solutions, innovative financial products, and strong partnerships with corporate customers, leasing companies, and internal stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in supporting brand penetration, lifecycle value optimization, and sustainable business growth. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 1. Fleet & Key Account Strategy Define and execute the European fleet and key account strategy aligned with overall commercial and brand objectives. Lead relationships with major corporate, rental, leasing, and government customers across multiple markets. Drive fleet penetration, retention, and long-term partnership development. Oversee fleet pricing frameworks, tender management, and contract negotiations. 2. Leasing & Mobility Solutions Develop and manage financial leasing, operating leasing, PCP, and subscription-based mobility products. Ensure competitiveness of financial offers while balancing profitability, residual value exposure, and risk. Collaborate with captive finance or external financial partners to structure scalable leasing solutions. Support the launch of new mobility and usage-based business models. 3. Pricing, Residual Value & Risk Management Oversee fleet pricing strategies in close coordination with pricing, finance, and residual value teams. Ensure residual value assumptions are robust and aligned with market realities. Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposure, and profitability (RV Gain/Loss, asset risk). Drive corrective actions to mitigate financial and asset risks. 4. Product & Lifecycle Management Work with product planning teams to ensure fleet- and leasing-friendly vehicle configurations, trims, and powertrain strategies. Provide input on product lifecycle planning, facelifts, and end-of-life strategies from a fleet and financial perspective. Support volume planning and production allocation for fleet channels. 5. Market, Policy & Competitor Analysis Monitor European fleet and leasing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Analyze regulatory and policy impacts (emissions regulations, incentives, taxation) on fleet and leasing demand. Translate market insights into actionable commercial and product strategies. 6. Cross-Functional & Regional Leadership Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Product, and National Sales Companies.
