Act as the primary communication liaison between drivers, customers, and internal teams. Monitor driver routes and provide real-time solutions to logistical challenges. Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations. Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including tracking delivery status and documentation. Utilize dispatch software and tools to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
