Key Responsibilities • Lead and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. • Build long-term client relationships and drive CRM and clientelling initiatives. • Develop commercial action plans and monitor boutique performance. • Recruit, coach, and develop team members through regular training and performance reviews. • Oversee stock management, deliveries, inventories, and online orders. • Manage staff rotas, boutique expenses, and daily operations. • Ensure company policies, operational procedures, and luxury service standards are consistently maintained. • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to grow the business. Required Skills & Experience • Previous experience managing a luxury retail boutique or flagship store. • Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams. • Excellent clientelling and relationship-building skills. • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership abilities. • Experience using CRM systems and managing boutique operations. • Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
