Fenix Resources Ltd (ASX: FEX) is a fully integrated mining, logistics and port services business operating in Western Australia’s Mid-West. Fenix is growing at Weld Range following the securing of a 290Mt high-grade iron ore resource, underpinning its move toward 10Mtpa and driving expanded mining and logistics activity across the region. Supported by strong global partners and a fully integrated mine-to-port network, Fenix is entering a new phase of growth, backed by a clear production plan and pipeline of development projects. Location: Geraldton Port Roster: 7 Days, 7 Off, 7 Nights, 7 Off - 12 hour shifts Hourly Rate: $69.46 per hour + Superannuation + Bonus Employment Type: Fulltime Permanent Our Port Operations are a critical part of our integrated pit-to-port business, with over 400,000 tonnes of storage capacity and the ability to export more than 5 million tonnes annually. As a Fixed Plant Fitter, you'll help keep the equipment that powers our export operations running safely and reliably. Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Routine maintenance and repairs for fixed plant equipment to ensure continuous operation. • Breakdown response and fault diagnosis to minimise downtime at the Port, including responding to trailer tipping issues. • Component replacements and mechanical adjustments to improve plant efficiency. • Preventative maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce failures. • Collaboration with boilermakers and electricians on major repairs and infrastructure upgrades. Required Skill and Experience • Australian recognised Trade Certificate • Work Safely at Heights Ticket • Confined Space Ticket • Current C Class Driver’s Licence • Meet all pre-employment requirements, including medical, drug and alcohol screening, and National Police Clearance.
