Sector: Corporate Real Estate/Commercial - Office FitOut About the role -A Fit Out Project Manager oversees interior construction projects, such as office fit-outs and corporate & commercial workplaces, from planning through handover. -They are responsible for managing budgets, coordinating contractors, and ensuring all work meets design specifications and timeline constraints while maintaining strict quality control. -Strong office / corporate workplace fit-out delivery experience in Singapore -Strong regional coordination and PMO reporting capabilities -1-year contract, renewable Key Responsibilities -Project Execution: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring renovations and fit-outs align with approved architectural drawings and project scopes. -Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact, bridging clients, interior designers, suppliers, and subcontractors. -Budget & Schedule Management: Track project costs, process variation orders, and monitor material deliveries to keep the project on track and within budget. -Quality & Safety Compliance: Conduct routine site inspections to ensure top-tier workmanship and strict enforcement of health and safety (HSE) protocols. -Project Handover: Manage documentation, snagging lists (defects), and ensure all local authority regulations and ISO standards are met before client occupation. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, or equivalent. -8-10 years of working experience -Proven track record in managing early works, substructure, and superstructure for large‑scale projects. -Strong understanding of local regulatory processes, authority approvals, and compliance frameworks. -Financial, including costing and budgeting. -Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
