Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Job Type: Full-time Role Context The Fitness Instructor supports resort wellbeing by delivering personalized exercise sessions and assisting guests with fitness-related requests. The position also maintains equipment readiness, facility cleanliness, guest amenities, and health and safety compliance throughout daily operations. Key Responsibilities * Conduct Reformer Pilates sessions according to guest requirements and ability levels. * Lead yoga sessions using safe and appropriate instruction techniques. * Deliver personalized fitness training based on individual goals. * Assess guest needs before recommending exercises or training intensity. * Demonstrate correct movements, posture, and equipment use. * Monitor guests during sessions and modify exercises when required. * Maintain valid professional fitness certifications. * Protect guest health and safety according to resort standards. * Inspect gym equipment and confirm that it functions correctly. * Report damaged or unsafe equipment immediately. * Clean and organize fitness equipment after use. * Ensure the fitness centre remains tidy and guest-ready throughout the day. * Prepare towels, refreshments, and reading materials. * Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests. * Attend daily briefings with the manager. * Maintain current knowledge of resort activities, events, and assigned duties. * Follow resort health, safety, hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards. * Attend required training and professional-development sessions. * Work flexible schedules based on operational needs. * Complete other fitness-related responsibilities assigned by management. Ideal Profile * High school graduate. * Internationally recognized Reformer Pilates qualification. * Valid Yoga Instructor certification. * Recognized Personal Trainer certification. * Practical experience delivering individual or group fitness sessions is preferred. * Strong understanding of safe exercise techniques and gym operations. * Able to adapt instruction to different abilities and fitness objectives. * Strong customer focus and enthusiasm for personalized guest service. * Excellent verbal communication and demonstration skills. * Confident, approachable, and attentive to guest wellbeing. * Organized with sound administrative abilities. * Capable of showing leadership during training sessions. * Professionally presented and committed to resort grooming standards. * Flexible regarding shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
