We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Fitness Instructor to join our team. As a Fitness Instructor, you will inspire and support members of all fitness levels, tailoring workouts to individual needs and ensuring exercises are both enjoyable and effective. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment where members feel confident, motivated and safe while using our facilities. Key Responsibilities Support gym users with exercise queries and fitness programmes on a day-to-day basis Deliver the highest standards of customer service, member care and safety at all times Instruct fitness sessions for individuals and groups across a range of abilities Provide guidance on the safe and effective use of gym equipment Motivate and encourage members to achieve their health and fitness goals Build positive relationships with members, inspiring trust and confidence Maintain a clean, safe and professional fitness environment Deliver gym floor-based classes as required In the event that a high volume of suitable applications are received, the post may close prior to the specified closing date. Requirements Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A passion for helping people improve their health and wellbeing Ability to motivate and engage a wide range of members Strong commitment to customer service and health & safety standards Desirable Requirements Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification Experience delivering group exercise classes Previous experience within a gym, leisure, or fitness environment Benefits We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
