Midtown is searching for a passionate and driven Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer to join our team and help our members become the best version of themselves. What you’ll do: Empower, inspire, and grow—together. At Midtown, every new coach—regardless of experience—begins as a  Coach on Duty . This foundational role is designed to help you integrate into our unique culture, build strong relationships, and become a trusted ambassador of fitness within the club. It’s a launchpad for your success, giving you the opportunity to connect with members, understand their needs, and begin growing your personal training business. As a  Coach on Duty , you’ll be actively present on the fitness floor—walking the space, engaging with members, answering questions, offering guidance, and ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment. You’ll be the heartbeat of the club, helping members feel seen, supported, and inspired. Your Responsibilities • Build your community  by forming authentic connections with members and teammates. • Offer personal attention and expertise  to guide members toward their goals with optimism and care. • Inspire a “yearn to return” culture  by creating uplifting, results-driven experiences that reflect a  glass half full  mindset. • Lead with kindness , showing empathy and respect in every interaction. • Strive to be better than yesterday , continuously learning and evolving your coaching practice. • Be present and proactive  on the fitness floor, offering support and creating a positive, high-energy atmosphere. • Develop and grow your personal training business  by identifying member needs, offering tailored fitness solutions, and delivering exceptional one-on-one coaching experiences. • Drive results  for your clients through customized programming, accountability, and consistent motivation.
