As a Fire & Security Key Account Manager – London £50K, you will manage and grow strategic relationships with major facilities management providers and national FM organisations across the United Kingdom. Based in Romford, this full-time hybrid role involves building robust connections with senior stakeholders, contract managers, procurement teams, and site-based FM personnel. You will oversee planned and reactive fire and security maintenance contracts, ensuring service levels and client expectations are consistently met. The position offers a salary between £45,000 and £50,000, a company car, a commission scheme, 25 days of holidays, and healthcare benefits. Fire & Security Key Account Manager – London - £50,000 I am currently representing a Fire & Security specialist company who carry out a variety of services from design, installation and maintenance to several clients across England. Due to sheer growth, they are seeking a Fire & Security Key Account Manager. Salary Package: £45,000 - £50,000 Company Car Commission Scheme – tbd At Interview 25 days' holidays healthcare Hybrid Duties: Managing and developing key accounts within large facilities management providers and similar national FM organisations. Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, contract managers, procurement teams and site-based FM teams. Overseeing planned and reactive fire and security maintenance contracts, ensuring service levels and client expectations are consistently met. Identifying opportunities to increase revenue through contract renewals, remedial works, system upgrades, additional sites and project opportunities. Preparing and presenting account reviews, performance reports and commercial updates to clients and internal management teams. Supporting tender submissions, framework agreements and contract negotiations for national and multi-site clients. Coordinating with operations, engineering, service and compliance teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with agreed KPIs. Handling escalations, service issues and commercial queries professionally to protect and strengthen client relationships. Requirements: Experience working in the Fire / Security field, or within a similar environment. Commercial Awareness when liaising with customers and the supply chain.
