Description
We are currently seeking Fintech, Payments and Digital Assets Lawyers to support Axiom clients across financial services, technology, fintech, payments, crypto, blockchain, digital assets, and other regulated or high-growth sectors, with a focus on commercial, regulatory, product, and technology matters. Responsibilities: Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice on fintech, payments, digital assets, crypto, blockchain, embedded finance, digital wallets, tokenisation, payment products, platform arrangements, and innovative financial services offerings. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements, including partnership agreements, payment services agreements, SaaS agreements, cloud contracts, outsourcing arrangements, referral agreements, reseller agreements, supplier contracts, and platform agreements. Advise on regulatory considerations affecting fintech, payments, e-money, cryptoassets, digital assets, outsourcing, operational resilience, data governance, technology risk, cross-border services, and financial services innovation. Partner with legal, compliance, product, commercial, technology, risk, operations, and external counsel teams to support product development, product launches, regulatory change, commercial partnerships, and risk mitigation. Minimum Qualifications: Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK, or equivalent overseas qualification with strong fintech, payments, digital assets, crypto, blockchain, technology, or financial services experience. Experience advising fintech companies, payment service providers, e-money institutions, digital asset businesses, technology companies, banks, financial institutions, or other regulated financial services organisations. Strong drafting, review, and negotiation experience across commercial contracts, technology agreements, SaaS, cloud, outsourcing, partnership agreements, supplier arrangements, payment services agreements, or platform agreements. Excellent commercial awareness, stakeholder management, drafting, analytical, and legal judgment skills, with the ability to deliver pragmatic, business-focused advice in fast-paced, innovative, and regulated environments.
