Firma Contracting is currently seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to join our team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Duties include (but are not limited to): • Install doors, frames, trim, baseboards, crown mouldings, and other finish carpentry components • Install cabinets, countertops, shelving, and other architectural millwork • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications • Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision and attention to detail • Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Work closely with site supervisors and other trades to ensure efficient project completion • Identify and resolve installation issues while maintaining high-quality workmanship • Participate in site inspections and address deficiencies through corrective actions Required Skills: • 5+ years of finish carpentry experience is required • Strong knowledge of finish carpentry techniques and materials • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings • High attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship • Experience installing doors, trim, cabinetry, millwork, and interior finishes • Proficient in the safe use of hand and power tools • Ability to work independently and follow direction from the foreman • Physically capable of performing manual labour, lifting materials, and working in various conditions Required Certifications: • CSTS 2020 • WHMIS 2015 • Fall Protection is an asset • Valid driver's licence is an asset
