Position Overview: The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in driving the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. This position requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance overall financial performance. The role involves working closely with senior leadership, commercial, operations, and credit teams to provide insights that shape pricing, unit economics, growth strategy, and capital allocation. What You will do (Responsibilities) : Financial Planning & Forecasting Build and maintain financial models to project future performance. Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company goals. Update rolling forecasts to reflect changing business conditions. Financial Analysis Perform variance analysis to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial results. Support strategic initiatives with scenario modeling and financial evaluation. Reporting & Dashboards Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Design and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics. Analyze unit economics across customers, suppliers, products, and financing offerings Monitor key KPIs such as GMV, take rate, contribution margin, CAC, LTV, and credit performance Ensure reporting accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with standards. Support board materials and ad-hoc strategic analyses Business Partnering Collaborate with department leaders to understand financial needs. Act as a trusted advisor to guide informed decision-making. Contribute financial expertise to cross-functional projects. Partner with credit and risk teams to analyze loan performance, portfolio profitability, and loss drivers Deliver clear, actionable insights to non-finance stakeholders Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes and efficiency. Utilize financial systems and tools to streamline reporting and analysis. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends. Work closely with data and accounting teams to ensure a single source of truth Who You are (Qualifications) :  Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis. Solid understanding of P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet dynamics Ability to translate data into clear business insights Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally Strong command of Microsoft Excel and financial systems  Ability to take ownership of tasks, own projects end to end, and keep up with a fast paced, impact-driven environment Nice to Have Professional finance qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred Exposure to credit, risk, or financing products Experience working in or with construction, supply chain, or B2B commerce What we offer: Excellent opportunity to be part of a start-up with a lot of responsibility and independence early on and where you will have a
