Job Title: Financial Controller – Property Sector (Full-Time or Fractional) Location: London (Central/West/North West areas) – Hybrid accepted Salary: £70,000–£90,000 FTE (Pro‑rata if fractional) + discretionary bonus Contract: Permanent, with flexibility for 3–5 days/week working available About the Company Join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial property investment and management firm operating across multiple SPVs. You'll support a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets in and around London. This is a high-profile role offering both strategic influence and hands-on involvement.
