Position Title: Financial & Budget Management Analyst (Expert) Location:  Fort Belvoir, VA Clearance Required:  Active TS/SCI  Position Summary Serves as a senior financial advisor supporting strategic budget planning, congressional justification development, affordability assessments, PPBE execution, and portfolio-level resource management. Key Responsibilities Support NGA mission objectives and program execution. Develop analyses, reports, briefings, and recommendations. Coordinate across stakeholders, program offices, and leadership. Support compliance with NGA, DoD, and Intelligence Community requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience. Expert-level experience in the functional discipline. Desired Qualifications NGA experience. Relevant professional certifications. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
