Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join the Benelux Finance team. In this role, you will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, contributing to the company’s strategic performance management. The position involves collaborating across departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting, month-end closing activities, and project support. Responsibilities • Support the Sales & Operations Planning, Forecasting, and Month-End processes, including co-owning forecasts and results reporting. • Assist in preparing monthly financial reviews, including insights and commentary for management presentations. • Drive and support agile projects that add value to the finance function. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Marketing to identify risks and opportunities within the P&L. • Contribute to continuous operational improvements and efficiency initiatives. • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests as needed. Requirements • Finance or related academic background, or equivalent practical experience. • Proven experience in finance partnering, especially in a consumer goods environment. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. • Experience in financial forecasting, P&L management, and process support. • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management. • Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling.
