Job Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Financial Adviser to join a growing, forward-thinking financial planning business with offices in Bristol.
This role provides an exciting platform to deliver independent, holistic financial advice to high-net-worth and mass-affluent clients. You’ll have access to the infrastructure, support, and systems needed to focus on providing first-class client outcomes. The business has a collaborative and professional culture that values quality over quantity, allowing advisers to build meaningful client relationships, supported by dedicated paraplanning, compliance, and administration teams.
This is a client bank provided as well as growth-led position, combining current client support and sourcing new HNW client enquiries and utilising established introducer networks. You’ll focus on developing and managing a client bank, with full support provided at every stage of the advice process.
You’ll be joining a respected, independent firm that combines the personal feel of a regional practice with the resources and stability of a national advice network. Their approach centres on doing the right thing for clients, colleagues, and the community. Advisers benefit from a strong compliance framework, modern technology, and robust marketing support that makes growing your client base both efficient and sustainable.
Your responsibilities include:
• Providing fully independent financial advice and personalised recommendations
• Managing, developing, and retaining a portfolio of clients
• Collaborating closely with internal support teams to deliver exceptional service
• Working flexibly across home and local office environments to best meet client needs
What’s in it for you:
• Competitive starting salary up to £75,000 basic
• Highly achievable validation
• Attractive bonus scheme
• HNW clients provided + leads, you must also be new business driven to be considered
• Excellent benefits package, including:
• Salary sacrifice options on Private Medical Insurance (PMI)
• Death in Service (DIS)
• 25 days holiday + BH and Pension
• Study and professional development support
• Paraplanning, Compliance, and Admin support
• Hybrid and flexible working options – home and office-based balance
Skills and experience required:
• Diploma (Dip PFS) or equivalent Level 4 qualification (minimum)
• At least 1 year’s experience in providing financial advice
• Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
• A proactive, client-focused approach with strong communication skills
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that truly values its advisers and invests in their success. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality financial advice and want to work in a culture that rewards integrity and results, we encourage you to get in touch today.
